As This is Fresh Instillation with BW 7.3 & Dataabse MS-SQL 2012 on window 2012 R2 64bit system.Also verified have enough space in DATABASE as following details.

This issue has persist while applying SPAM 7.30 update with patch 0052.SPAM steps got terminated with error message in import proper phase
