So it's more clear to me know about minus figure in the right column.
Actually the problem is about missing part check, it failed in MIGO for the first material I put in screen shot. But it works for the second one.
In debug I found that program will check if the availability qty is negative or not( all records with number great than 0 will be removed from internal table).
