Planning of Internal Order

Hi,

I have created Internal order type and internal order and trying to do planning against each Internal order using KO12. However When I compare plan with actuals in Report S_ALR_87012993, plan values are not appearing in the plan column of the report. Or what is the step by step procedure for doing internal order wise planning and comparing with Actuals.
