0WBS_ELEMT_ATTR Data Issue on DOT's

I issue is when i am checking the data In ECC- RSA3 (Ext.checker) 0WBS_ELEMT_ATTR, I am getting POSID = DD.10.20019

In PSA same Data Source i am getting POSID = DD1020019.

I have also checked the convertion routine which is attached in the Infopackage (Convertion exit section = 'ABPSN' ) but no luck.

Can any one give me some hint to what exactly happening in the system,?
