How I can close the previous period and open current period

Dear

I am posting a GR using PO using MIGO. today is 06/26/2014 and posting date is 06/26/2014.

but when I try to post a GR , I am getting error posting only possible 2014/01 and 2013/12.

I went MMPV and close the period 7.

I went MMRV to check this is screen shot I see.

I am not sure OB52 , and what to check

still can not post the GR
