Currently we are working on Ehp6 Income declaration functionality in ESS. In that are facing issue in request approval.
After employee raises IT Declaration request, it got saved. When we login to MSS and check UWL of the manager we could find the request. But we are not able to process the request as the request is in display mode.
Also we tried to check the request in IT Declaration approval link available in ESS link, but there are no requests found.
We have activated the workflow and the tasks are in general mode. And also did settings in transaction SWFVISU for ABAP webdynpro.
Still the issue is not solved. Please help to solve this.
