Hi Praveen,

The database connection used by the DBA Cockpit (DB13 is a part of the DBA Cockpit nowadays) is not configured properly in sybase database.

1. Go to transaction DBACOCKPIT. On the tab 'System Landscape' (should be the active one at startup).

2. Select 'Database Connections' from the menu on the left.

3. Here find a DB connection '+++SYBADM' in the Sybase ASE section.

4. Select this database connection you will see all the details of this connection.

5. To Check that the user is 'sapsa'. Click on the 'Test' button.

6. If connection fails, set the correct password.

Regards,

V Srinivasan
