Hello Experts, I am currently in a project where we have e-mail channel and I would like to know if there is any way of forcing the agent, who is dealing with the message on the e-mail channel, to deal with the tickets according to their order. In other words, the agent may not select which e-mail ticket he/she will deal with, as the customer wants him/her to deal always with the first ticket, by applying FIFO (first in first out).
